Saluda River trip this Sunday August 3rd is canceled due bacteria pollution as been reported on the news. We will update members as we get a clear report.

Meet at 1 pm in zoo parking lot for a trip from the zoo down to Gervais Street bridge. About 2.5 or 3 hours with shuttle. This is a mild whitewater trip for paddlers who may desire to try some whitewater. All skill levels and boats, except for fiberglass and sea kayaks. Bring helmet and PFD. We may have one or two spare helmets but check with me. This is fun and beautiful trip if have not been on it. Only one major rapid which can be scouted and portaged. Contact me in advance so we can plan safety depending on participants.
